                     Location:  Glen Annie Golf Course

                     Tournament Format:  2-Man Best Ball Net  (Maximum 8 strokes between
                                                              partners)

                     Entry Fee:  $55 (includes green fee, cart and prizes)
                                         (Optional side games will be available)

                     First Tee Time:  10:45  (Please check in by 10:00)

                     Entry Deadline:  Monday, February 28, 2011
                                                   Open to first 40 entries

                     Prizes:  Two Handicap Flights or more depending on number of entries
